1. How do I place an order?
Browse our online catalog and make your selection.
Click "Add to Cart". You will see your Cart Contents in a new window.
Remove or add quantity then click "Update Cart" button.
When finished shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout".
2. I do not feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax?
Our customers use PayPal to send payment for our products. The PayPal.com website is very secure and uses the highest standards of encryption software for Internet security. Using PayPal you can make payments from your bank account, PayPal account or credit card. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information online, please write us a note on the Contact Us page. Please DO NOT SEND credit card information by email. This is not secure. Please call us and give us your credit card information by phone.
3. Shipping Information
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, however more time is required during the holiday season and for custom orders. Insurance is included on all orders.

4. Return Policy
Shoo-foo products are returnable within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned goods.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
