Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners. Hang or line-dry you bamboo towels and bathrobes for best absorbency and softness. Tumble dry your bamboo bed sheets separately at regular cycle. More details here

Machine wash cold or warm with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or line-dry. These fibers become softer over time.

Spot clean when possible. Air out pillows and comforters in sunlight regularly. For wool bedding, follow included care instructions for gentle washing or dry cleaning if needed.

All our products shipped directly from our warehouse in Canada or from the manufactures in the USA and Europe.
