However, we understand that sometime you may not be completely satisfied with your purchases. In such a case, you can return the merchandise for a refund or an exchange by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your purchase. You may also contact us via the chatbox on our website.
Elibibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, including labels and various tags. No refunds will be issued if the goods have been used or washed. We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise prior to reimbursement. The refund will be issued on the credit card or on the paypal account that was used to make the purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returned goods as well as for the handling fees ($15). No refunds will be given on items purchased at a discount, unless we made an error in your order or there were product defect.SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY FOR BED LINENS including Bed Sheets Sets, Duvet Covers, Fitted Sheets and Pillowcases:
Products included in the category Bed Linens (as listed above), must be returned in the same condition that you have received them. If the parcel has been opened and the product is no longer folded and packaged as the original packaging, an extra $50 will be charge for re-stocking fee.
Customer is responsible for returned shipping fees.
SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY FOR WOOL, KAPOK, BUCKWHEAT, BAMBOO AND SILK BEDDING PRODUCTS; including duvets, comforters, mattress toppers, pillows.
Please remember that we are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding. As a small company, we are not able to resell bedding that has been returned used. For these reasons and for hygienic reasons, please consider that to be eligible for a refund, the returned products must be:
- unused, unwashed, scent free and unopened (must be in its original packaging).
- must be sent back within 21 days of receipt of purchase.
- No refunds accepted on used bedding. This includes using the product for any length of time. Item must also be free of foreign fibers.
- No refunds accepted on items that have taken on a new scent. This may include but is not limited to: perfume/cologne, plug-in air fresheners, scented cleaning products, body care products, essential oils, personal odor etc.
Exchange and Return Process
To initiate a return, please send us an email including your Order# and the reason why you wish the return your purchase. Upon reception of your request, we will follow-up by email within 48 hours with instruction for the next step.
Please note that goods returned without prior approval by Shoo-Foo will not be refundable.
