La fabrication
Notre textile en bambou est fabriqué selon un procédé en circuit fermé appelé procédé lyocell, qui utilise la cellulose de bambou, une fibre douce et résistante. Ce procédé permet de réutiliser l'eau et de récupérer et recycler plus de 98 % des solvants organiques en toute sécurité. Cette approche réduit les déchets tout en préservant l'intégrité de la fibre. Nous utilisons des teintures non toxiques, hypoallergéniques et certifiées OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Ces teintures à faible impact environnemental sont exemptes de produits chimiques nocifs, nécessitent moins d'eau et adhèrent efficacement au tissu : elles sont douces pour la peau et plus respectueuses de l'environnement.
