Please note that due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, actual colors may vary. Linen is a natural fibre and absorbs dyes in different ways, which can cause slight variations in color between different seasons and batches.

Care instructions

  • Wash your bamboo, flax or hemp sheets in cold water
  • Use no chlorine bleach
  • Use no fabric softener
  • Tumble dry at regular cycle
  • hang to dry in the sunshine once in a while when you can (that does magic!).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within:

  • 21 days of receiving your order (see product-specific details below)

Reach out via email at shoo-foo@shoo-foo.com or use the chatbox on our website. Include your Order # and reason for return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

General Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee
  • Items discounted more than 20% or purchased as pre-orders are non-refundable, unless defective or sent in error
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • All sales are final for pillows, duvets, comforters, mattress toppers, and protectors
  • Other bedding items must be:

    • Returned within 21 days of receipt
