How to Initiate a Return
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within:

21 days of receiving your order (see product-specific details below)
Reach out via email at shoo-foo@shoo-foo.com or use the chatbox on our website. Include your Order # and reason for return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
General Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee
- Items discounted more than 20% or purchased as pre-orders are non-refundable, unless defective or sent in error
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Bed Linens
Includes: Bed Sheet Sets, Duvet Covers, Fitted Sheets, Pillowcases
- Must be returned folded and packaged as received
- If packaging is opened or product unfolded, a $50 restocking fee applies
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Bedding Products
Includes: Duvets, Comforters, Mattress Toppers, Pillows, Protectors
Due to hygiene and resale restrictions:

- Other bedding items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging
- Returned within 21 days of receipt
- Free of foreign fibers or added scents (e.g., perfumes, essential oils, cleaning products)
