All kapok pillows (except size baby/petite) come in a zippered casing. This allows you to easily remove stuffing to customize the loft of your pillow to your needs.

Wool Pillows:

• Mini: 35 x 50 cm (14 x 20 in) - perfect for travel, knee pillow, lower back support or the little one in your life)
• Standard: 50 x 66 cm (20 x 26 in) - low loft approx. 24oz, medium loft 36oz
• Queen: 50 x 76 cm (20 x 30 in) - low loft approx. 36oz, medium loft 41oz
• King: 50 x 91 cm (20 x 36 in) - low loft approx. 41oz, medium 52oz

Buckwheat Pillows:

Benefits of Organic Wool:

• BREATHABLE & COMFY: besides being soft, wool is a highly breathable and humidity regulating; keeping you warm and dry all night.
• MOISTURE WICKING: keep moisture away from your skin; helps maintain a constant body temperature
• NON-ALLERGEN: wool is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.
• DUST MITE RESISTANT: dust mites can't live in wool due to microscopic bristles on the wool fibers.

Kapok Bed Pillows:

• not washable
• protect your pillow with a pillowcase and/or a pillow protector .
• spot clean as needed, let dry thoroughly before using
• Airing your pillows under the sun once a month will help keep them fresh and eliminate odours or impurities.
• alternatively, if you really need to clean your kapok duvet, dry clean is fine. 

Buckwheat Pillows:

• not washable
• protect your pillow with a pillowcase and/or a pillow protector
• spot clean as needed
• if you prefer, dry clean is fine too
• Another option is to un-stuffed the pillow and wash the case individually. The zipper allows you to remove all the buckwheat hulls. You can later re-stuff the pillow.

Organic Wool Pillows:

1. Protect your pillow with a pillowcase and/or a pillow protector
   
2. Remove the wool filling, unfold, and air out in the sunshine (outside or indoors). 
3. Wash cotton casing with regular laundry in cold water.
4. Wool pillows naturally compress 20-30%, for the original loft fluff the wool or remove some filling to suit your unique needs. Before folding and placing back in the cotton casing.  

Latex Pillows:

• Shredded latex pillows can be washed and dried in heavy duty machines. Be sure to dry thoroughly (perhaps with several cycles).

Latex & Wool Pillows

• cannot be washed in machine
• protect your pillow with a pillow case and/or pillow protector
• In case of an accident, use a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol to spot clean the pillow. Air dry outside, preferably on a sunny day (sunlight acts as a natural dry clean for wool).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within:

• 21 days of receiving your order (see product-specific details below)

Reach out via email at shoo-foo@shoo-foo.com or use the chatbox on our website. Include your Order # and reason for return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

General Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee
• Items discounted more than 20% or purchased as pre-orders are non-refundable, unless defective or sent in error
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

• Must be returned folded and packaged as received
• If packaging is opened or product unfolded, a $50 restocking fee applies
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Bedding Products

Includes: Duvets, Comforters, Mattress Toppers, Pillows, Protectors
Due to hygiene and resale restrictions:

• All sales are final for pillows, duvets, comforters, mattress toppers, and protectors
• Other bedding items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging
  • Returned within 21 days of receipt
  • Free of foreign fibers or added scents (e.g., perfumes, essential oils, cleaning products)
