- Wash your bamboo, flax or hemp sheets in cold water
- Use no chlorine bleach
- Use no fabric softener
- Tumble dry at regular cycle
- hang to dry in the sunshine once in a while when you can (that does magic!).
If you need to "bleach" your bamboo products, use a non-chlorine bleach. More details on our blog post on how to care for your bamboo bedding.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within:

General Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $15 handling fee
- Items discounted more than 20% or purchased as pre-orders are non-refundable, unless defective or sent in error
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

- Must be returned folded and packaged as received
